The apartement

The apartment is ideally situated directly on the beach along the western coastline of Palavas (rive droit), occupying the 3rd and top floor of a small residence (without an elevator). Its balcony overlooks the sea, with the beach just beyond the pedestrian promenade.

Accommodating up to 5 guests, the apartment is particularly well-suited for families, equipped with child safety features on power sockets, a travel cot, and various games. Spanning 40 square meters, it comprises a living room with two sofa beds (2x1.4m), an open kitchen, a cabin bedroom with a bunk bed that can pull out a third bed, along with a cot and wardrobe. The bunk beds can also be configured as single or double beds. The bathroom and toilet are separate.

Guests have access to amenities including television, fiber optic WiFi (note that the 5G network may be limited during peak seasons), radio, books, and board and beach games. Ceiling fans provide cooling, while meals on the balcony offer sweeping views of the Gulf of Aigues Mortes. In the evening, guests can admire the Espiguette lighthouse and the lights of Porte la Camargue and Grau du Roi. An asymmetrical parasol can be attached to the balcony railing.

The building and parking lot are situated within a gated and secure compound, with a designated enclosed storage room for bicycles (please notify us in advance if you require it). A restaurant is conveniently located on the seafront within the same building, while a bakery and several small shops are approximately 500 meters away, with Palavas town center beginning at 1000 meters.

We selected the 3rd-floor apartment for its exceptional views, tranquility without overlooking, consistent fresh breeze, and minimal mosquito presence.

To facilitate a pleasant arrival, we maintain a small stock of essentials in the apartment. Guests are kindly asked to replenish any items used before departure, such as a bottle of wine, a bottle of water, coffee powder, spices, pasta, toilet paper, and kitchen roll. While we trust guests to handle open spices hygienically, we cannot assume responsibility for any issues. If unsure, please refrain from using them.
